April 2024 Newsletter: Keepin' On

The Progress Continues!

We're thrilled to share that we've successfully passed our preliminary inspections and are now making progress with the insulation phase. Our dedicated trainees are hard at work installing batt insulation in 93 Chicago Avenue, while we continue to wrap up the siding and soffit tasks for both structures. Additionally, we've begun the initial stages of HVAC and electrical work at 89 Chicago Avenue. 

Lunch and Learn

In our recent lunch and learn, we discussed dealing with failure and watched a video. We then talked about the ideas presented, relating them to our own experiences. These sessions help us grow by encouraging open conversations and personal reflection.
